30 Day Challenges

A friend told me last night how if you do a new ritual for 30 days it will become habit.
I have 3 30-day challenges that I am committed to do:

  1. Wake up at 5AM every workday - Pray - Be at work by 6AM
  2. Write a little of my book every morning
  3. Sit upright

Here we go!
